Frank;

Was the site hosted by an ISP? Have you asked them if they have backups?

Frank, what would you say if I told you that I could travel back in time and make a copy of your old site for you?

Well, it's almost true. Here, take a look at this:

Dave, Looks like the entire site is there! :D

There is an html program and I forget which, that will let you import the entire site by downloading everything including the linked pages and graphics.

I am tempted to say it is Frontpage, but not sure. :-$

There are a few different programs capable of that. Some web editors have it built in. But there are others, such as "Web Miner" that are designed specifically for capturing an entire web site.

Yup, the "archive the web" project is an amazing resource. If you forget the name simply Google for the "Wayback Machine". (People my age might remember the name from the Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoon show)

Actually, the first time I searched there I used "riccitool.com" and the archived site was from 2005, but looking again with "fredriccitool.com" I see there is an even newer copy of the site.

Go here and click on the April 2006 version:

http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.fredriccitool.com

You can always look at the different dates to see how the site changed over time.
