Hello,
My name is Charles and i will like to make an oder of some Trophies
for a golf tournament.
I need the total number of 25 trophies,Five is going first place
winner,another five to second
prize winner all the way down to the fifth place.The range should be
$60 for first place winners $55 for second place $50 for third place
all the way down to the last prize,and also they should different in
sizes considering the position.

Here is what i will like to have on the,
First Prize Winner
(SAWEAR GOLF TOURNAMENT)

How soon can you get them for me, can you kindly reply me and
let me know whether you acn be able to get them for me.waiting for your
reply.

I received the above email this morning, and replied to him asking for his contact info (to discuss specifics).

Anyone else seen this one?

Might be on the level, but I have doubts. Sounds too much like others I've received. Tell him you need a cashier's check and it has to clear before you ship. That will usually weed out the scams. Absolutely don't take a credit card.

Even a money order or cashier's check can bounce several weeks after your bank puts the money in your account, depending on the location and type of bank it is (supposedly) drawn on.

I seriously doubt that I'll hear back from him, but there's no way I'd accept an order of this magnitude without talking to the customer first.

This thing smacks of scam....just look at the stuff that WASN'T in the email:

ANY contact info (besides email address)
Location
Sizes or styles of trophies (it's worth mentioning that we don't yet have any pictures or descriptions of trophies on our website)


I've never heard the word "sawear", so I Googled it. All I found were references to foreign (Russian?) websites and the word "swear" (but spoken with two syllables), usually quoted from preachers.

Just another one for y'all to watch out for.

I normally just mark them as spam and put them in the trash.
