Does anyone have an opinion about the value of owning one of Xenetech's self-centering vises? We've been without a vice that can handle odd-shaped items for some time now and I am considering buying one before the year is out.
My concern is that I was in Las Vegas at Xenetech's booth and listened to some guy that walked into the booth rant and rave that his Xenetech rep (no longer with them, by the way) sold him this same vice that wouldn't work for whatever it was that he was trying to do. This made me a little nervous.
If not Xenetech's - does anyone know where one could get a good self-centering vice?
