Full Version: Corner radius determination

If I am laser cutting a square and I need the corners to be rounded to a 3/8" radius, how do I do that?
I know HOW to round the corners, I just don't how to tell how rounded it is. Having the #11 in that box means nothing to me but it looks about right? :P
As always, any help is most greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Becky

You could draw a 3/4" diameter circle and overlay it.
Do you have X3? I think there's a chamfer feature in that version.
Any of those helpful?
I think those numbers represent the percentage of half the smallest length. For a 2" square, a 1/4" radius would be 25.

If you don't have X3, there's a macro in the CorelDraw Macro section of this forum that will allow you to set the radii of a rectangle by an absolute value. See: 5097.1
