Hi Bobby
what type of file are you importing into Engravelab. If it is something like a jpeg, bmp etc, you will need to vectorise the graphic either using Engravelabs Accuscan tool, or vectorise it in another package, e.g. Adobe Illustrator and import that to Engravelab.
There is a video tutorial available on the Cadlink website for tracing a bitmap with Accuscan:
http://www.cadlink.com/infoSource/nfo_el_7.1_5_monoTrace.php
You will need to sign up on the website to access it.
If you already have a vector image and this won't output in the cut tool let me know - it may be one of the settings you have.
Regards
Andrew

Do you have a colour or black and white bitmap - Accuscan doesn't work with colour bit maps. You can use Image > Mode ... to make it monochrome
By double clicking on the bitmap, the Accuscan tool bar should come up automatically, including the Vectorization button. What happens if you double click the bitmap?
I work with v7.1
