Full Version: Need help opening file

Hi All.
Attached is a logo that I'm trying to open from a customer. When I try to open it I get the message that I'm missing fontsPalatino Italic and Palatino Roman Normal. It then asks me what font I want to replace it with. I usually use eps or ai for customer files. I don't want to give the customer the wrong font on their logo.

Ask them to convert the artwork to curves, before sending.
You'll probably still get the missing fonts message, but the original typefcaes the customer used in the art will be intact.

I opened it, (just happened to have the Palatino Fonts installed) outlined the fonts, saved as an Illustrator EPS. If you need another format, let me know.

Edit by Harvey: Now that he picked up the 1 Meg file, I have deleted it. It also now will not limit your ability to attach other files.
