Call the RCMP and ask them to call the FBI. Maybe by now they've found their computers and guns.

Hi Mike,

Thank for the response. I will have my process well under way today.
From what I been reading, I am on my own with regards to eBay.
I guess they are quite slack within their security department. Anyway, it should be an interesting process.

Glenn:

I'm really sorry about your experience. I can feel your pain as my daughter went through a fraudulent auto transaction. Like your situation, the seller kept stringing them along about the delivery until a 30 day period was up.

Ebay, which is no better than a criminal organization, would do nothing, the FBI would do nothing (surprise!) the Texas AG refused to help and the Ohio AG tried but couldn't get anything done.

My solution is more old fashioned--find him and break a couple of kneecaps.

Mike,

I can relate to the old fashion way.

Take care and thanks for the response.

Glenn
