I still got the line in it. I give up. I scrapped the bride and put a photo of a dog instead.
It worked fine.

Now I have no idea of what it could be. Those two tricks always solved it for me when it happened.
The only possibility left is to make the picture a little larger and powerclip it into the right size box. That takes the edge of the picture out of the printout. Corel will clip/mask to the box and not put out that part of the photo. Be sure to make the outline of the powerclip box white or the outline will engrave.

The dog photo came out very nice, so I know it's the picture, I just didn't know why it got a line all of a sudden. I used it for other engravings and it worked fine.
