All right, I'll bite. Just what is a foil cutter?

On a nice bottle of wine, one without a twist cap, the foil that partially covers the cork is scored with a foil cutter.

They make wine bottles without twist caps! :O

Never saw that at Dirt Cheap Beer and Wine here in St. Louis.

Because Thunderbird and Boone's Farm come in glass!
