I know laserbits has some stencil material.
Look in the rubber stamp supplies.

Thanks Steve. I tried their's and it worked fine, just not exactly what I was looking for. I've got power and speed settings if anyone needs them. DuraLar seems to be the stuff I need and samples are on the way.
