I need about 100 lapel pins but the thing is there are all a bit different ....it is for number of years of service, so the only thing changing is a number that will go on them. They are in the shape of Nevada.

Does anyone know who can do these without having minimums of each of the styles.

I suggested..cut them on the laser but they want metal.

Joyce,

How about putting the shape of nevada (and other changes) on a 1" disc, through sublimation, OEM transfer or laser engraving?

Add an epoxy dome and clutch back and boom you have an inexpensive and impressive lapel pin.

We thought of that but they want nevada shape.

Maybe have the Nevada shape made with an insert area, then insert the number and dome it into place.

When do they need the pins? Sounds like an overseas job.

If it's not a short deadline, you could have pins made that are in the proper shape and engrave the individual years in a space provided in your layout.

Both ideas are great we had not thought of that.

Hi Joyce,

We can have dye sub aluminum cut into the Nevada shape for you if you were interested. Tooling fee's would be reasonable (probably under $150) for a smaller piece like a lapel pin.

I would need an art file with the shape you need to get some numbers for you.

I would also need to know your timeline to see if it fit with the production schedule of the tooling company that we use.
