Hello. I need to know how to desing a gold brass tag into color. example: red lettering, without using the red brass. How do you screenprint or sublimated one brass tag !

Since your profile is empty.. I will asssume you have unlimited equipment at your disposal and did not have the time to list all your assets.
Ther are several ways to mark a brass tag....none of which will be cheap so be prepared for the customer to pay for your time and or materials.
First you could deep engrave the tag with your rotary engraver and paint fill the letters with red epoxy paint.
Second you could coat, burn and screen print one tag with red ink and run the tag throught your UV heater to set.
Third you could ......... nope I can't think of a third I would consider viable.

If Cermak had a color other than Black for medal... That would be the best answer.

Are you talking about a name tag? If you have red/brass laserable material, you could engrave away the background, leaving the red lettering untouched.
