Wow. I had no idea someone would spend that kind of money on a display case for a bat.
I am impressed but I am going to guess that the school will not be willing to spend that much.
I did find BallQube (sp?) has a 36" one. I wonder if I can cut them down?

Carney Plastics make every kind of acrylic case that you can imagine. If they don't already have it, they will make it. Prices are very reasonable and they've been around a long time. If you call them I'd appreciate if you mention Cec from Mystic Laser & Design gave you their name. They are a local company that I have started working with on some designs.

Cec,

I just called and talked with them. They are very nice indeed. She is getting me a price on a case for a 22" bat. Their price for a regular size bat is higher than the case I quoted to my customer but it is much nicer too. Hopefully the 22" case will have a price more in line with what I quoted.

James,

You might also want to check pricing with JBob's (Ft. Worth, TX). I've seen some custom acrylic football cases they did but I have no idea if the price would be close to what you need...
