Hello,
I was wondering if anyone can pass on a name of a manufacturer that can provide custom cast acrylic pieces. I require a company with large volume capability. I need 18,000 pieces. I have a few companies that I have been dealing with, but if some of you can post a few names it would be appreciated.

Glenn,
There are several really good acrylic suppliers around the US.
My personal favorite is the Zeit Company in Salt Lake City, UT. Their phone number is (801) 972-8210. Ask for Josh Beckstead.
In my opinion, this is one of the absolute BEST companies to deal with.
If Zeit can't do what you need, you might also try J-Bob's in Ft. Worth, TX. Their phone number is (877) 284-5262. These are also wonderful people.
This is a huge project! What are you having made?

Hello
I just didn't have time to respond. I have no problem describing what it is for. I am working on a deal to supply these to a marketing company that makes POS displays. They require these in the stands to hold the products on display. I work with their graphic design company to do the prototypes and then we manufacture the pieces. It is a combined effort between both companies. We experiment with many products and come up with a design that works for the end user.
This might be a little vague, but we are in the design stage. If I get the contract, I will post a picture of the display.
