Colin,
I went back and looked at my invoice from Classic Medallics - no, they did NOT come with the plastic liners....... The original one from the customer did have one, but they said they did not need it, so we went with what we had received from Classic. Sorry for the bogus search.

Of the Revere bowls I've seen, Reed & Barton is one of the few that come with plastic liners.
You might contact them and ask if liners could be bought separately.
