Our Xenetech 1625 computer died fried the CPU. It was OLD still had the 5.5 inch floppy disks (YES THATS OLD).
We are trying to find and buy the VIPER software, new, used, anything. If anyone out there has an old Xenetech with software, PCI board, or anything Xenetech could you reach out to me.
Also looking for a Dahlgren Wizzard XL manual or instruction on how to use it. The Wizzard came with the business we bought in 2001 but have never used it it was stuck away in the back room. Now we would really need it as a back up.
Any help would be very much appreciated. Our daughter now owns the business and her name is Glenda and can be reached at 425-775-3605 or glenda@candmtrophy.com if anyone is willing or able to explain the Dahlgren to her so she can keep engraving while she tries to figure out the Xenetech issues.
