Full Version: spinning banners?

Hey, everybody. I am new to the forum and to vinyl cutting as well. We recently bought a Master 24" cutter and are very pleased with the results we are getting on signs, banners and t-shirts especially as it opens lots of potential on black shirts.

I do have a question. I have a customer who own a little hotdog shop (great food!) who wants a "spinning" banner like he sees at car lots.

I have searched the web but I guess I don't know what they are called because I am not finding what he wants.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I certainly would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance,

Pan

Have never had that specific request yet -
You may want to do some looking at www.signweb.com
Lots of links there. You can also checkout www.markbric.com
they deal in POP type displays.

Thanks, Joe, very much. I will get on the phone Monday and call some of these people and maybe they will have some of these banners or can give me more info on them. Just in case anyone else is interested I will report back if I find anything.

Thanks again,

Pan,

I have worked with the three-sided rotating signs that have a small electric motor. Are you refering to this or the two-sided, unmechanized units that have opposing curves on each side to catch the wind and spin?

David, it is the two sided, wind driven banners that my customer wants. I have found them for auto lots but they are pre-printed and I need blanks.

Any leads appreciated.

Thanks,

Pan

David, Bulls' eye!

I think those are what my customer wants, though I don't know if he is expecting their costs.

We'll see.

Many Thanks!

Pan

Pan,

These may be retail prices. You may have to go another layer deeper to find out who their supplier is. Good luck!

Hey, David,

I found the source: http://www.signspin.com

They have a patent pending on the four foot "Business Booster" and other spinners and are the manufactor. Very nice people to talk too, very responsive, and offer distributor prices.

Many thanks!

Pan
