Thanks

I agree with Jim - We drove to our first one last year in Indy - mainly went
to see the sign side of the show. The awards side was ok but - way short of
a Las Vegas show. If it was easy to go to another I would - but
after a Las Vegas ARA show would be a let down. I would say the one I went to
was 15% or the awards show LV is. Not a bad thing - just my opinion

Chuck,
The NBM Shows, in my opinion, are the best "Combo" shows.
Sure, the offerings of all disciplines are somewhat limited, compared to what you'd see at process-specific shows, though, for an excellent "overview" of many processes, the NBM Shows serve that purpose admirably.
NBM will be in Forth Worth, Texas, this May and Long Beach, CA, June of this year.

There is also one sceduled for Cleveland OH. I hope I did not come off
as disliking the NBM shows - because I do like them since we do both
awards and signs in our shop. They have there place.

Joe,
I was working from memory on the Long Beach NBM show dates. Dangerous for me :-)
For all locations and dates, go to www.nbmshows.com which not only lists the 2005 schedule, but also the 2006 schedule of shows.

Joe,
There is an NBM show in Charlotte NC in August. I am thinking of going to that one. Not so much for the show, but for the eductional seminars. Specifically the ones by Steve Capper.
