John, If the original supplier of the award is reluctant to continue the program, it may be time for a changing of the guard. Just because you don't perform a process in-house, shouldn't be reason enough to count yourself out of the bidding. Do you have a sample of the award? You mention a photographic process. This award has changed over the years, so as you say, why not now? It used to be a large silver revere bowl on a wood base.

David, I think it was Uncle Steve who suggested a change in design. Probably not a bad idea. A Revere bowl on a wooden base is a classic combination, but as old school as you can get. I was suggesting a change in the maker of the award, from one who apparently can't dredge up enthusiasm for the project, to an eager beaver.
