Hi,
Please put us on the list of members attending the ARA show in Vegas. Have attended the last two years and can't live without it.

PS: why don't we all wear a badge so we reconize each other.
something small like a small oval badge saying something.

I was thinking about the EE logo on top and the forum name underneath. For those who sublimate in color, for those who laser in greyscale, and for those who only rout a routed, (what else?), badge.

When I get home I will post the varius logos, unless David beats me to that. (It will be just under a week till I get home again.)

Hi All,
I'm new to the forum and am about 99% sure that I am going to make it to the show. I might even be working it.

Joyce I would like to come by and see your shop. Being a newbie to laser engraving and sandcarving I want to learn all I can.

Please add me and my wife to the list.

Russ,

Welcome to Engraving Etc. You will find this group to be just as fun and friendly as the folks at the Cutting Edge. If your not careful you may learn a thing or two. I certainly have.

David ... as you no doubt remember, Anothony, formerly with Farro USA, generously provided us with beautiful pins that many of us lucky participants wore. I don't know if they would still be available or not but that worked out really well for me and I am sure the others..(even after working on the design and finally making a unique badge for the event!) that ultimately I liked a lot better and was very noticable to all that recognized them.

What do you think?

Hi Mick... well. Anthony struck out on his own, so to speak and has founded a marketing company. I can't remember what its called but he has a thread, I believe in the marketing folder you can look up. I am quite impressed with him and want to take him up on his latest offer of helping us out. I know our illustrius (sp?) leader, Stunt Engraver, David, has his company name/phone number available.

John,

Yes, I remember the pins. Other than a nice way to recognize fellow EE members at the show, the pins made a nice commemorative piece.

I'll look into it.

John,

I'm assuming that you're attending the ARA show.

Naturally, "The List" is for entertainment purposes only, and doesn't represent a binding commitment, but would you like me to add your name to the list? :-)

David,
I might be working in a booth doing sandcarving. I am also distributor for A Blast, a company that makes sandcarving equipment.

We do laser engraving and sandcarving. We do a good amount of wine bottles for the wineries in the area. We use our Epilog laser with Laser Tape on the bottles and then we sandcarve the bottles.
