They are a factory-direct company to many fraternal and civic organizations. They are really more of a retailer than a wholesaler.

As a follow-up...
I called on Monday, after not receiving shipment on Friday. The CSR said that the order had been shipped on Thursday (not Tuesday, as I had been told), but they shipped it next-day air.... Additionally, UPS dropped the ball because they had the package on the truck for Friday delivery but somehow missed it.. so it didn't get here until Monday... actually, UPS delivered it while I was on the phone with the CSR.
I had asked for a manager to call, but... well, you can figure out the rest, which is why I'm writing this.
