Bob, Just to help out a bit.. Your existing business is in Marion, Arkansas. Does the website and domain go with the package? What about the house if someone wants to relocate and take over the whole thing? "My Karma ran over your Dogma!"

Steve, Yeppers, the website and domain goes also. You'll be responsible for the fees, just $4.95 a month anyway for a 5000MB site. The domain name also is paid up with 4 years left on it. If you want the house with outside shop..we can talk about it... :P Bob

Just wanted to pass along that I sold the business I listed. I want to thank everyone that has helped me along the way the past couple of years. I'm know I couldn't have possibly learned as much as I have without this forum. It is a wealth of knowledge and experience. Maybe someday day I can get back into it. I know I'm capable at it. I wish everyone the very best. I intend to follow along from time to time, so I'm not completely gone away. Thanks David and Harvey for all you do.
