That is really a great resource. I played with the free version for a bit last night and have a pretty nice test page setup. I'll spring for the $15.00 version to support his work and get some of the features that come with the paid version.
I have never created a form page before but it was very easy once I found a website with some samples. I just modified them to fit his special tags and it worked great!

Glad to help. I've known Nate for a few years and he's a great person. Very generous with helping people. I helped him a bit with the code in the early versions of "NateMail". He and I were both moderators of Adobe Golive forums and wrote lots of PHP and javascript for members there. He's still moderating their Golive Mac forum. I stepped down last year from moderating their Golive Windows forum. My business was taking too much time.
