It was the strangest pizza I ever have had. Tasted just like steak.

Very well prepared steak.

Ah.

We ended up eating at the Hilton Steakhouse...not bad at all. Janna had the "Free Range Chicken", which we both expected to be a breast.

Wrong.

It was TWO very large leg quarters. WAAAAAY too much food.

I had their 12-oz prime rib, which was perfectly cooked. It wasn't the absolute best that I've had but it was very good. I think their scale needs calibration though....it was at least 16 ounces!

Okay....sorry for hijacking the thread.....back on topic now.

The air pump should pump out around 30 psi. There should be a needle valve in your machine to drop the pressure down a bit. That would be helpful if you were cutting something very thin like paper or cloth.

Brian,

I need to check to see if I have an adjustment. The instruction booklet does not discuss any adjustment but the assembly drawing shows an "adjusting screw" so I'm hoping that is for the flow.

I'm showing around 9 psi when I'm vector cutting. The model says the max air pressure is 30 psi so I'm assuming I can adjust it, if needed. I seem to be getting a little more burn than I think I should. I need to also check the location of the flow. Maybe it isn't hitting the right spot. I'll check it out.

Thanks for the help!

Jim
