Hi Chuck - I found it useful. I sold it to another dealer in our 'garage sale' before I moved the shop. I'll e-mail him and see if he's interested in sell it. It was in perfect condition when I sold it, and he takes care of things, so I'm sure it still is.
I do still have the Marketing Tool kit notebook on hand, also in perfect condition, if you want to buy a used copy of that. Also good info.
