The polyester stuff we got from Daito worked real well. We had to make a sort of jig/template for registration in the laser to cut it . Colours and definition was excellent and no bleeding when doming . Its a sort of "poor mans "print and cut (well the laser is pretty expensive , but the printer was real cheap)
There is another machine from graphtec called a craft robo which will cut inkjet printed sheets using registration marks it reads- MUCH Cheaper than a laser

Thanks Rodney,

Its something I'll keep in mind for when business picks up. For now I have the Inkjet and the laser and neither is anywhere near being fully utilized. When I do need a cutter in the future I'll be able to do true vinyl too. I love getting toys, but I need some income first. This is a great job the toys are so versatile.
