I need an embroidery operator badly - my lead op left a voice mail at 10PM on Sunday that she would not be returning.

Could you tell us a little more about this job opening?

Full time? Part time? Benefits?

I think (hope, pray) that the position may be filled by later this morning.

We're on the northern fringe of Cincinnati. We have three machines, plus screen printing, plus heat presses, plus recently added engraving. I start inexperienced ops at $9.00 and the range goes to $11.00 plus a $.50 per hour kicker for cross training in other processes. So someone that can run the embroidery machines, screen print, heat seal and engrave could see $12.50 and I have one that is higher. No health care benefits as the majority of my employees have spouses with great bennys and would rather have a buck an hour extra in their check. (Although I have considered adding health care as we grow) We do the paid vacations, personal days, flexible hours and we close the week between Christmas and New Years.
