| We also use Uline for our boxes and also the shrink wrap. We don't reuse boxes from our incoming shipments as I also feel that it is not professional looking and some of the freight companies are not honoring a damage claims when the boxes have been used previously. Some of them are really beatup when they arrive and I sometimes wonder how they made it here. Uline has a good assortment of tall boxes that are made for packing furniture such as floor lamps and these work great for those TALL trophies. We used to use vinyl application tape to protect the engraving plates but our customers like the clear shrink wrap in that they can see the engraving and that we are taking the effort to protect their awards from getting scratched. We also reuse the styrofoam packing material that we get from the incoming shipments. It's alot cheaper than buying it and helps us get rid of it. We place a packing sheet in a windowed pouch on the outside of the box that identifies the contents. (UPS supplies adhesive pouches for use with plain paper shipping documents.)
