I bought some license frames from Johnson plastics and used Rowmark's LaserLights. On my 45W Epilog 24TT I used 100s/33p for vector, and 100s/30p, 300 DPI for raster.

I'm still getting little grey streaks occasionally, could I be using too much power rastering, and going almost through? Maybe not enough power and not getting rid of all the black? Look at the top of GIRLS, not a great close up, but you can still tell it's greyish. It also appears to be finicky, it needs to be very flat. I'd love to have a vacuum table. Bad thing is I can't run my blower, even taped down WELL caused it to move up and down in the middle. So while it was running 'd turn on the blower, but turn it off before it spun all the way up. Kept the smoke out but didn't blow anyhting around. I think I'm going to add a Y hose connector, and a gate, so when I do this I'll open the gate so most of the air flow will be from the Y, but enough should come through the laser to keep the smoke out.

Also, I tried my hand at the 4.25 x 4.25 Laser Tiles. I used 50s/100p, 300 dpi. But I think I used too much power, even though these turned out OK. The tiger is too dark. But I still have some left to experiment with. I have some coaster frames for these, and I have the frames to make trivets for the 6x6 and 8x8 tiles.

I would use table tape to hold it down and use the exhaust on full.
