Not all entertainment in Las Vegas is an expensive stage show.

One example of something you're sure to enjoy and doesn't cost a dime, is the (don't know its real title) "Dancing Waters", which is in front of the Bellagio. Choreographed to music, fountains interplay and shoot high into the air.

Hard to explain; you just have to see it.

If anyone else has examples of something interesting to see, while in Las Vegas, that's either free or inexpensive, do tell.

Won'tcha? :-)

Freemont Street downtown: It was a great time with a neat show above. I always wait til the last day to visit. It's a great time.

Harrah's has an outdoor bar on the strip that has live bands every night.

Treasure Island has the Pirate show. I think it's every hour or so. It's worth seeing.

One of the best bars in Vegas is in the center of the Hard Rock Hotel. It's a great time. Good bartenders and music.

Approximately 20 minutes from the Convention Center is Red Rock Canyon. It is (I believe) a federal park and the scenery is just amazing. I was told they filmed scenes from either Star Trek or Star Wars there. I would love to see David L's wife take some pictures there. There is a small fee per car to drive through.

We had a great tour guide (and Chauffeur) last year that showed us all the free entertainment.
We learned a lot.
Thanks David

Rolf,

You can't say you and Leslie didn't get what you paid for. :-)

Tropical quenchers at the Rainforest Cafe, in the MGM Grand, and the opportunity to see their Lion exhibit, (at feeding time), was a lot of fun.

Very memorable. Thanks for tagging along.

Now there is an idea - feeding the lions - a little Hawaiian feast of a croquet player comes to mind. (devil)

Rolf - My fear is one of two things - the lions may throw him back.
Or we might make the lions sick - thus resulting in a lawsuit.

But I guess I willing to risk it.

We can throw the ice cream in first and Chuck will follow - that way we do not get blamed if the lions do get sick.

Joe - aka John
