I have a spreadsheet that does this.
It takes all of the component prices and marks them up by 3. I then estimate the amount of time involved in different processes, such as engraving, punching holes, packaging, etc. The time charges include my overhead recovery.
When I enter the number of pieces, the spreadsheet shows me a recommended per-piece price. I can use that number, or enter a figure that's more to my liking.
There's also a 2-part section that tells me what my margin is. One section shows margin with no materials (such as when a customer brings in their own stuff), and the other shows material + labor.
If you'd like, I can email it to you. There are probably some things on it that you won't want, and you'll probably want to add some things that fit your business better.
I think Harvey has a spreadsheet that does this stuff for him, too.
