Luckily, or unluckily, I have never had the opportunity to do one. I would try a FLX bit at a shallow setting, then if the results were good go deeper. If the results were poor, I would try a BAL bit a little deeper and see how that went. I would then go with the best result to nearly the full depth if neither was perfect, and do a final pass .002 deeper . I probably would hold my breath if it did not look that good on the first test.

There have been posts about ABS plastic, but I do not remember the recommendations. Search will not find ABS unless you try 'ABS Plastic' and 'the exact phrase'. Then it will find it a 'ABS' and 'Plastic', but not as the exact phrase. It is a bug in the search feature that needs to be worked out. (We were thinking about updating the forum software, but the bugs in search are worse than now, so we are waiting.
