I use Corel Paint so these instructions relate to that.

'Image/Resample'. Set the DPI for 72, and the larger dimension to about 7".

Save as a JPG. Start with about 60% compression, and click on 'Preview' just to be sure that the image still looks good. If it is too blotchy or fuzzy, reduce the compression until it looks right.

The image I posted is about 14K and has the same appearance as the original.

Abdul, Harvey means to set the larger dimension of the two, (i.e. 18 x 24), to 7 inches, which means, in the example, 24 inches would be the larger of the two dimensions and the one you would set for 7 inches.
