Looks like the next big trade show, for the West Coast, will be in Long Beach.

The Sign Business & Digital Graphics Show
The Printwear Show
The Awards & Custom Gift Show...

...have been rolled into one event.

Long Beach Convention Center
August 12-14, 2004

Pre-registration will waive the $10 entry fee.

Oh, I see where children under the age of 12 won't be admitted to the exhibit hall.

That confuses me. Last year, I attended "The Bash" where I saw plenty of people acting as though they were under the age of 12, and they weren't tossed out! I should know - I was one of them :-)

If you're in the SoCal area in August, check it out!

Dave,

The "Bash" is held at the hotel next to the LB Conv. center. Forget the name. Marriott?

Other than that, within walking distance are some good spots. Shoreline Village, Rock Bottom Brewery/Restaurant and a nice little Taqueria within a short drive.

Ok gang,

For those wishing to attend the Long Beach NBM show, July 15th will be the last day for pre-registration and free admittance to the exhibit hall.

After that, the fee will be $10.00

Friday the 13th is your lucky day :-)

It's the day/night I plan to attend the Long Beach show, and it's also the night of "The Bash" which is held at the adjoining hotel, the Hyatt Regency, from 7:30-9:30 pm.

I'm looking forward to seeing some of you there. From the lineup of vendors, it's shaping up to be a goodie :-)

Which day/days will you be attending? As I said, Friday the 13th is my window of opportunity.
