I used it in the early versions of the programs, lots of bugs ie.....the fill routines were very poor. I have since heard its a lot better. As gingem stated, most likely a big learning curve, but it is very powerful. If you currently have a backgroung in cad/cam software its the complete opposite of what you would be used to. In the end I did all my 3d in a program called Rhino and then imported it into a program called Alphacam to write the g-code.
