Chuck;

Sounds like you did a great job selling yourself to us! Maybe you should focus more on selling yourself rather than product and let the product sell itself. I certainly find it a lot easier to buy from someone I like as opposed to someone I hate.

I suspect that you are trying to force the selling and that's what you fear. You have been very successful in selling yourself to everyone. You will NOT have the same results with your products.

Make a new friend and let me them help you sell your products. Word of mouth is THE best advertising. Use your best asset: your mouth!

You hit the nail on the head; it is an an absolute fact, PEOPLE BUY FROM PEOPLE. You don't buy from a company, you buy from that friendly voice that answers the phone and takes care of your needs, or the salesman who goes out of his way to get you what you need. When you find people like that, you don't shop for pricing anymore because you realize the intangible benefits you are getting now are worth more than a few cents on a sale. How many times have you had a bad experience with someone on the phone and decided you will not do business with that company again. It was not the company that ticked you off, it was a person.
