Dave,

Here are some photos of the kind of plaques we manufacture.

woodsign1.jpg

We combine a very deep sandblast with a synchronized laser detail. The depth of the blast ranges from 1/2 to 3/4 inches. We use red alder....starting with raw lumber. The true beauty of alder is you can make it look like any lumber you want.

We use a lot of walnut, cherry and golden oak stains. We are wholesalers to the engraving industry. We will do a turnkey job or leave space for the engravers to complete the plaque. Pictures really don't do justice to our work so we will send samples to anyone that requests one.

Our plaques are priced so that you can more than double your money and never hit a lick. This gives you time to move on to other projects. Anyone needing references concerning the quality or dependability of our of our work, please let me know. We also specialise in very large perpetual plaques and wall shields up to 36" in dia. This product WILL make you money.

I'll be glad to answer any questions or send a sample to any member.

Thank you Dave.

I was using George's product from 1994 - 1999 until I got a laser. He and Debbie put out a first class product, if there were any problems, they corrected it immediately no questions asked. Great peoples!

Back then they were mainly using Redwood and there was a shortage of wide lumber, so they were having to glue boards together and some of my customers did not like the seams it left after the sandblasting process. They were real good about trying to pick out the best boards for those customers.

Howdy George!

Is this the "LaserPly" George? I'm still awaiting his samples.

Regardless, his product and quality are excellent from what I can tell in the photos. Very nice stuff.

It sounds as though he is in a position to offer wholesale pricing. With a sample or two, we could be off and running.

What I see in George's products, is something unique, in what's rapidly becoming a world of sameness.

Definitely can't confuse work like that with laser output.

Hey John,
Thanks for the kind words. Sorry about the glue lines....can't be helped. Many people like that look for it's rustic barn wood affect. You should really try some of this new LaserPly. It's a very versatile product. We sure would like to strike up a business relationship again. Good to know you're doing well.
