Tom is a "Sletten", the family that runs JDS. Tom is related as a nephew or cousin I believe. Tom and his wife ran an awards shop in Iowa for many years and Tom has been a rep for JDS for about a year now. Movin' on up, I guess!

He came to my shop earlier this spring, that is the first time I had ever been contacted by a JDS rep. I have always delt with the customer service reps, and they do a wonderful job I might add.

I have ordered via the web from them but usually I have some left-field question, so I usually call in for help. I do get the invoices via e-mail tho.
