Well from copper plates (previous post) to copper plaques....
We have(had) been using Marco for Copper plaques....SE1009 product #.... so I call for my Fall order.......they tell me no warehouse has them and they are all discontinued.... thanks for the heads up!!!

So now I have to go with head hanging down and explain to the local Touchdown club, as well as the local newspaper (who purchase an incredible amount of these items for each season awards) that we cant get them....what ever happened to customer service......how about an email to let us know when you plan to stop carrying an item... how about a phone call from the sales department to tell us what is and isn' t in your catalogue.... how can u just stop without notifying your customer?? If we did that we'd be out of business and bad mouthed throught the area.....

There's no reasoning....if companies can email special sales items...surely to God they can send a blanket email out with discontinued items....

Frustrating??? Yes,,,,
Ticked off??? Yes,,,
Will I ever get a real answer??? No, and I just don't understand why..
