Check your settings and even if they are correct hit the 'Save' button.
Verify that your email address is correct.
I have seen glitches where the items show as correct but somehow are not stored correctly. The 'Save' solves the problem.
If it does not do it for you let us know. (Also check your blocked sender list to be sure that you did not accidentally mark a message to block us. It happens occasionally when the wrong email is selected for blocking.)
