This came as sad news to me.

Ed Bradley, longtime reporter for the weekly CBS "60 Minutes" program, passed away today, at the age of 65, from Leukemia.

I agree. He was one of those people who always managed to be factual. I knew anything I saw by him would be the complete story. I saw an interview with Mike Wallace discussing his death and Wallace broke down and cried. I will miss one of the good guys.

Dee,

Years ago, I saw Ed Bradley at a Jimmy Buffet concert.

He was traveling with the tour and doing a 60 Minutes piece on Jimmy.

At one point, Ed hit the stage and sang a rendition of "I'm a 60 minute man."

The crowd loved it!

Ed seemed like a very genuine, down-to-earth person.

Quite a loss.

If you get a chance watch the Larry King Show tonight. Lots of great stories about the man. They usually repeat the good shows over the weekend so if you miss it tonight check your weekend listings.

It sounds like you saw a special moment at a great concert.
