For all of you chronically poor spellers that don't like the forum method of spell checking, you might want to check out version 2.0 of Firefox. Spell checking is built into the browser and works within forum message composition boxes. If you misspell a word, the word will be red underlined. Right click on the word and alternatives will be displayed in a pop-up window and even an option to add it to your dictionary.

Caution though, there are a few quirks with the Firefox 2.0.......

You can also add the Google toolbar to Internet Explorer. It also has a great spellcheck feature that will read the forum composition boxes.

I know that other people use Ispell successfully for forum composition.

Or you can download IE Spell for free and it installs an icon in the browser's toolbar.

I would not be without it. Trouble is that 'ans' is in the dictionary.

(That is most of the edits in my posts. You see what you want to, then post it and see the mistake. What I want is an option to remove a word from the main dictionary.)

When you finally understand it completely... it changes.
