My Phoenix 1212 with series 2 controller and Engravelable 7 seems to randomly print an extra letter or character while engraving text.

Anyone know what would cause this?

I haven't determined that yet.

I'll have to go back and look.. .this is the 2nd time it's happend.

I use various fonts (monotype corsova, arial, time new roman, edwardian script)
