If you are doing the top, set up a piece of wood and laser holes in it. If you need it thicker, so a second one and put them together.

If for etching the sides, could you vector cut a rectangle for the head, then vector a line extending from the rectangle that the tee will lay on. Not exactly a V which would hold the tee better, but it still might work. The Kerf from the vector cut might be large enough to let the tee stay in place.

Just an idea, you'll have to try it on some 1/4" MDF or birch to see if it would work.

Thanks for the info. I cut a rectangle for the head of the tee and a small long rectangle for the long part of the tee. The long cut was just big enough for the tee to set on without rolling off. I duplicated, to where I can do 50 tees at one time.

I posted one on here a long while back that also had macro capabilities to engrave 1or2 lines of test. The macro let you select how many tees - up to 72, a logo and 1 or 2 lines of text, you select the logo file if you wanted the logo, input the text text and it did the rest for you.

I did a search and couldn't find it.

I searched the forum and found two posts from you with the word 'golf'. One mentioned a VBA macro that would be useful for golf tees, but had no attachments.
