It took me a little while to get the pump working. I plugged it in and it just hummed. I could shake it and get it to start pumping only to have it stall. Started looking for a replacement pump, could not find any pumps that can pump water like this one. Most aquarium pumps pump air into the tanks, they don't circulate water. But I finally looked at the label on the pump it is a 220 volt pump. Ah, that is what the transformer is for, hooked the pump up to the transformer and it worked!
I hooked up the water pump tubes and checked the laser tube for water flow as instructed. I had good water flow.
Opened all the covers to make sure nothing had come lose or broken in transit. Everything looks ok except what I think is the Y axis. The arm is not parallel to the table. I play with it a little and am able to get it aligned by slipping the belt. All of the connectors are siliconed in, which I do myself on stuff. It is easy to peel off if needed but holds things in place.
Plugged everything in and turned on the laser. I am able to fire the laser with the test button on to a piece of tape. Everything is working so far.
I will do another post with the software installation. The software is Moshi. It uses a USB thumb drive for a dongle. It is mostly english. The help files are in Chinese.
