Good old Corel Draw, probably version 9.
If you have not yet, resample the image to be just about the same size you are using, with the following alterations.
Use a convenient DPI for the laser, 300, 500, 600, whatever matches your laser. At the same time reset the size so the number of pixels in the width is divisible by 4. (Bet it has a remainder of 3 at the current setting, maybe 2.) Corel seems to take it in in 4 pixel chunks and leaves the extra there in the image.
If you then get a line down the center, Corel 9 before all of the upgrades did it, using Draw make the width one pixel smaller. If it is at 500 DPI subtract .002" form the width (1/500).
That should get you going.
I assume that the Laser Pro is not a ULS machine?
