Got a free trial with my new Vista PC.
I can't see any improvements (at least for the limited way in which I use Office) but there is a BIG PROBLEM - they have messed all the menus around and it takes ages to find the tools that you need.

So best to stick to the older versions.
If you are forced into "upgrading", be prepared for a big hit on your productivity for a few weeks!
