Does anyone know of any reason that I have not been able to get any response from Colorado Heirloom? I have tried telephone and email with no luck for at least a couple of weeks now.

Hi Doug. I haven't ordered in a few weeks, but do notice that when I call on the 800 number I only get the machine. If I call on the other number, I usually get someone to pick up. Try both numbers if you haven't already. Hope nothing is going on there, I have several products that I get exclusively from them. Good Luck.

Thanks Nick. Something is telling me that I should not have to work this hard to purchase something from a vendor. Thinking I really should look at some different product from someone else.

Doug:

Indeed, you shouldn't have to work that hard to reach a vendor but if you want to give it another shot, I emailed this post to cheirloom at aol.com and received a fairly quick response to let them know what I needed.

Sherene's reply was that I could reach them at that email address (above) or call them at 970-667-4222.
