I'm going to have to balance the pros and 'cons' on that one.

'Time' and materials can vary. If we get it right we could be set for 'life'. It could be a hard 'cell' though. I'll have to 'shiv' the numbers into the spreadsheet and see what 'verdict' is reached.

David It would have to be a "joint" venture for sure. "Can" it be done? Sure. We might be a little "pokey" getting it done though...Just keep your "guard" up.....
