Before panicking, check that you have some space on your hard drive and that there is some spare RAM.
Had a similar problem to yours - a 24x12" sheet of Laserlights filled with separate labels would engrave and kiss-cut in one go 18 months ago.
Last year using the same artwork, the laser would judder, hit the end stops and mess up the sheet with random lines. The solution was to split the sheet up into sections and run each section individually.
Recently, it started playing up with only one or two labels selected.
It turns out that the problem was the very old computer I was using - not enough RAM and a very nearly full hard drive.
The very old computer is now retired, I have a new "office" machine (super-wizzy) and the previous office machine (fairly powerful and lots of RAM) now drive the laser. Problem now gone (hopefully for good). Mike
